Authored DNP’s national Contingency Protocol and performance indicators to keep Colombia’s logistics and foreign-trade operations running during emergencies.​

Logistics Expert at Logistec Consultores​

Directed a UNDP-backed study that quantified 4.0 skills gaps and created digitalization indices for Colombia’s logistics sector.

Consultant to the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF)​

Produced an agrologistics strategy paper to guide CAF–government dialogue and investments for a more efficient, sustainable agricultural logistics system.​

Associate Researcher to the Private Council for Competitiveness (CPC)

Orchestrated a national private-sector coalition on logistics whose recommendations helped shape Colombia’s 2008 National Logistics Policy.​
